Standard Delivery
Standard shipping is available only in the U.S.A. excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. For Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, only Premium or Express shipping is available.
L-Cube Gifts ships on Tuesdays and Fridays every week. If our normal Tuesday or Friday shipping day falls on a holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day following the holiday. With Standard shipping, your order will arrive in 4 - 6 business days once it has shipped.
Standard shipping rates vary by product depending on size and weight. Product shipping and handling rates are quoted for each product on our catalog pages.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Delivery to these areas will be shipped Premium Delivery and require an additional charge over regular rates. (Refer to Premium Delivery below.) If you require faster service to these areas please Contact L-Cube Gifts for the proper shipping and handling costs.
Premium Delivery
To make your shopping more convenient, packages weighing under 15 lbs. and are not oversized can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States and Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico by Premium Delivery for just $7.95 (USD) over our regular rates. With Premium Delivery, your package will arrive in 2 - 3 business days once it has shipped.
Express Delivery
For even faster delivery, any in-stock item, weighing less than 15 lbs. and not oversized can be delivered Express for an added charge of $17.95 (USD) per shipment. With Express Delivery, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days once it has shipped.
International Shipping
Shipping rates vary by weight and destination. For International shipping, please Contact L-Cube Gifts for the proper shipping and handling costs. Please specify product(s), quantity and destination address in your E-mail.
Return Policy
L-Cube Gifts appreciates your business and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your shopping experience is important to us! Should any product fail to meet your expectations, simply return it with proof of purchase, and we will gladly replace it, refund your purchase price, or credit your credit card within 30 days of your purchase. No Hassle - No Questions Asked!
To return a product simply follow these steps:
1. Complete the Return Form notifying us that you will be returning your order. You will receive an acknowledgment that will include a return shipping address.
2. Please indicate if you would prefer an exchange or a credit/refund.
3. Please return the item(s), plus any accessories in the original box to the return address indicated (in your acknowledgment E-mail) by insured parcel post or by a traceable carrier.
4. Please allow 2 weeks to receive and process your return.
