Answer: This occasional, but always annoying, behavior is normally caused because the computer your using is behind a corporate firewall or personal software firewall. If you’re behind a personal software firewall, you can temporarily disable it and try submitting the Form. Or probably easier, if you’re behind a corporate firewall or do not wish to disable your personal software firewall, you can simply send the information on the form using your regular E-mail.
